Is it safe to use?
Yes, it is completely safe. The lens has CE certification. It signifies that a product meets the health, safety, and environmental protection standards.
Does it fit my phone?
Yes, Jeskin Lens has a universal mount that fits all smartphone brands and models. Just clip it onto main camera of your phone in a few seconds and enjoy the experience!
What's the price of online consultations?
Price will depend on whether you choose a video or audio consultation or just a text chat. All the detailed info will be available as soon as we officially launch the mobile app. You can expect average price to be around 15€ per consultation.
Can my family or friends use the same lens?
Yes, of course! Jeskin Lens can be used on different people. You are very welcome to use it on your whole family if you wish to! It's like a thermometr - easy to use, easy to clean, lasts for long time, and should be in every home!
Is shipping free? Can I return the lens?
Yes, shipping is FREE! You can return the lens within 14 days if you don't like something or if it is broken. Standard warranty is 18 months.
